A historic 13-room hotel in the exclusive Talanguera neighborhood with large pool, extensive gardens, 1 block from the beach. I managed an electrical and plumbing systems upgrade along with an aesthetic facelift breathing new life into this property.ย

This property is situated in the exlclusive beach neighborhood of La Talanguera. It is the third oldest hotel establishment in the area, having served guests for over a decade.
I managed a systems upgrade of the hotel, re-doing all electrical and plumbing connections to surpass safety regulations. I directed an aesthetic makeover, redesigning each room in the 13 room boutique hotel to include more light and uniformity in design and colors.
El Pacifico Hotel is considered a San Juan del Sur institution for many of our repeat guests from Managua. This property has ample space, trees, gardens, a large pool, and its very quiet in the neighborhood, yet only a 10-minute walk down the beach into the center of town.
