This property is centrally located and perched up on a hill providing excellent views of San Juan del Sur Bay. The property was abandoned when acquired and has gone a full gut rehab.
I managed a crew of 10 people for this project. All electrical wiring was upgraded to exceed safety standards. The brick walls were sanded down to expose the natural red color and then polished. A new roof was installed with natural straw insulation helping to regulate temperature. This property was designed to be rented as a full house or as a boutique hotel where rooms are rented seperately. Perfect for families and group travel.ย
