My dad and his business partner needed some help with improving their accounting systems and processes. Family business was a new environment for me, one that I had initial resistence towards.
I helped create more efficient processes, metric dashboards, and operational systems that helped things flow more efficiently.ย
I left this job feeling grateful and re-energized to make a dent in the universe again. This relationship would later lead to the formation of Casa Oro Group.
